Our story

Our family came from the Mediterranean and brought its recipes to Texas.

We grew up in the Mediterranean making Italian meals every day. When we moved to Texas we wanted to share that cooking with our new neighbors, so we opened Albi's Vite.

Albi, who studied business at UT Austin, still runs the restaurant with the family. We make our sauces, pastas, and meatballs in house from fresh, top-quality ingredients, and guests and staff alike say the family's energy is what makes the room feel welcoming.
